Maha Akhtar
Maha Akhtar is a journalist and writer. She was a contributor to Departures, Travel & Leisure and The New York Times. Occasionally she collaborates with Food and Wine.
He started his career in the music world as public relations for the band The Cure. After touring with Robert Smith and his musicians for six years, he worked with Tim and Nina Zagat on the release of their famous Zagat Restaurant Guides, before joining CBS News, where he remained for fifteen years. Known in Spain as the author of two autobiographical titles, La nieta de la Maharaní and La princesa perdida, with Miel y almendras Maha made her first foray into the novel. Las huellas en el desierto is his long-awaited second novel.
