Synopsis of Poetas de otros mundos
Resistance and truthFrom an ironic wink to the International Monetary Fund emerged, with the 21st century, the International Poetic Fund that established the Poets from Other Worlds Distinction. In this anthology are represented, in addition to names that were candidates for such recognition, the already distinguished Yamani, Alfaquee, Inés Ramón, Emadi, Elssaca, Pallares, Zelada, Bandopadhyay, Hadi, Wolpé, Baltadhzieva, Panchovska, O’Malley, Nicolié and Olsen. The allusion to Other Worlds here represents, in addition to conclusive geographical, historical, political and socio-cultural references, the appreciation of poetry in the foundation of the spirit, an attitude towards existence in resistance, exile as insubordination and, always, the poetic question as an identity based on knowledge, aesthetics, ethics, truth, freedom, love and equality among human beings. For the elaboration of this anthology I have sought a personal relationship with most of the authors; a relationship that, in certain cases, has acquired the rank of fraternity.
